Terms of Service
Effective date: April 28, 2026 — these terms govern access to and use of the Deepfake Detection API and related services provided by Digital Obsidian Security.
01. Acceptance
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Deepfake Detection API (the "Service"), provided by Digital Obsidian Security, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Our Service provides real-time digital forensic analysis. By integrating this API, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the data transmitted to our servers and have obtained all necessary consents for such processing.
02. License
Use License
Internal Development
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the API documentation for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Commercial Use
Commercial integration requires a valid API key and active subscription tier corresponding to your request volume.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the proprietary detection algorithms;
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
03. Bounds
Limitations & Liability
System Notice
"The materials on Deepfake Detection API's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Digital Obsidian Security makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose."
In no event shall Digital Obsidian Security or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
04. Governance
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Digital Sovereignty and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. Any claim related to Deepfake Detection API shall be governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
