Information We Collect

Essential data for service provision and billing:

- Billing information (processed via encrypted gateways)
analytics Media Payload Processing
When you submit media for analysis (images/video), our AI engines process the data in volatile memory. We do not persist raw media files beyond the inference window unless explicitly requested for model fine-tuning through our Opt-In program.
How We Use Info
We utilize collected data for the following core operational functions:
Maintenance and optimization of deep learning detection algorithms.
Real-time threat monitoring and prevention of API abuse.
Data Security
All data transmitted to our API is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Resting data is secured with AES-256-GCM. We conduct regular penetration testing and adhere to the principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) for internal access.
Retention
Analytical logs are retained for 30 days to facilitate troubleshooting and performance reviews. Account-level data is retained as long as your account remains active. Upon account termination, all associated data is purged within 72 hours, excluding records required for legal or financial compliance.
